STATUS REQUEST: FUTURE SHOPPING CENTER
Good day-
We live in the Pardee developed neighborhood of Arabella in PHR. We have heard on-going 3rd hand conversation regarding the status of the potential future shopping center to be built south east of the Del Mar Heights-Carmel Valley Road intersection. Could you please provide us current status and plans for the site? Any questions plz let us know.
Thx!

Sorry, this website is not associated with Pardee, the developer of that site. If you'd like information on the center development, you should contact Pardee directly. Or, you could attend the next Carmel Valley Community Planning Board Meeting, which are on the 4th Thursday of each month (no meeting in December 2011). Next meeting should be on Jan 26, 2012. See the http://www.cvsd.com/planning page for more information, when it's available.
